We remodeled much of this Santaluz house as one project: the primary bath, kitchen, wet bar, floors, laundry room, half bath, paint and lighting.

We drew the plans and remodeled this Carlsbad home: an opened-up kitchen with a blue island, a rebuilt staircase with a black metal railing, new windows and doors, and new floors throughout.

We installed new semi-custom cabinets, countertops and backsplash, and built a new fireplace wall in black and gold porcelain in the living area. The scope grew to include framing, plumbing, new lights and doors.
Navy shaker cabinets, a long quartz island, floating wood shelves and a professional range.
Sage lower cabinets, white uppers, new oak floors and a coffee nook, under the home’s original wood beam ceiling.

These Carmel Valley homeowners hired us for one bathroom after a bad experience with another contractor. They have since brought us back for the floors, the kitchen, a second bathroom, the banister and the pool.
Both bathrooms in a Pacific Beach condo, for clients whose kitchen we had remodeled earlier. In one we enlarged the shower and finished it in large blue onyx-look tile, with a hexagon mosaic floor, a linear drain, and a rain head and hand shower in brushed gold.
Green handmade-look tile in the shower, brass fixtures, round brass mirrors, vessel sinks and botanical wallpaper.
A freestanding tub under the corner windows, a frameless glass shower in marble-look tile and a lit mirror.
A walk-in shower with marble-look wall tile, matte black fixtures and a herringbone tile floor.
A Del Mar home we remodeled in two phases: the upstairs in 2025, then the first floor in 2026, including a primary bathroom with lit niches. The photos show the finished shower and the backer-board stage.
We took the inside of this Scripps Ranch house down to the studs, rebuilt the staircase and finished it with a waterfall-island kitchen, wide-plank floors, a slab fireplace wall and a slab-tiled bathroom.
A stone-tile shower rebuilt with sage vertical tile and a brass sliding glass door, plus an arched mirror and wood vanity.

Where this backyard in San Diego (92127) was a lawn, we were the general contractor for a new 30 by 15 foot pool with two baja shelves and a spa at pool height, from the 3D design to startup.
We were the general contractor for a pool and raised-spa remodel at a Carmel Valley home where we had already remodeled the inside: new waterline tile, a pebble finish, reset coping, lights and three scupper spouts.
A bare dirt yard behind a new house, now a pool with three water features, a stamped concrete deck and artificial turf. We drew the pool, pulled the permit and were the general contractor for the project, and we poured the concrete and installed the turf and drainage.
The homeowners called us about drywall and told us they wanted more living space. Instead of an addition, we built them a Four Seasons sunroom that fits the back corner of their house.
The back patio of this Vista house sat under an old wood patio cover, and wind was a problem. We built a large Four Seasons sunroom there, on a new slab level with the house floor, giving the homeowners a private place to sit out of the sun, the wind and the winter rain.
We added a Four Seasons sunroom with a glass roof onto the back patio slab of a single-story house in Fallbrook. The finished photos were taken the week it was done, before the yard was landscaped.
We removed the old fireplace surround, then fabricated and installed a book-matched quartzite slab surround and hearth and repaired the drywall around it.
A new detached ADU in a Del Mar backyard, with a butterfly roof and a covered entry porch. It is under construction now, and we will add photos of the finished unit when it is done.
We designed most of the interior of this Rancho Santa Fe house, including the kitchen and five bathrooms, and construction has started. These are three of the 3D renderings.
We’ll come out, look at the space and talk through what it would take. The visit is free. After design, you get a written scope and a fixed price.
