Projects we fit
Our work is residential: kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home remodels, ADUs and additions, patio covers and sunrooms. We work across San Diego County, most often in Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Poway and North County.
We’re a licensed general contractor (CSLB Class B, #1078564). We handle the permits and inspections, and before construction starts the homeowner gets a written scope and a fixed price.
We also offer design, from 3D renderings and selections to the blueprints and engineering a city needs for permits. When a project already has a designer or architect, we want to build from their design.
How we’d like to work with you
This is how we want to work with you on a shared client. We’d settle the details for each project with you and the homeowner at the start.
| Before we price | We want to read your drawings and selections through before we price them, mark anything that will be hard or costly to build, and bring those questions to you. |

| Your design | We want to build what you drew and specified, and to talk with you before anything on site changes how it will look. |
| Substitutions | If a specified product is discontinued, delayed or won’t work on site, we want to bring the options to you and the homeowner, and get an OK in writing before we order a replacement. |
| The homeowner | We’d like design questions to go to you and cost and schedule questions to come to us, with you copied on any decision that touches the design. |
| Introductions | If you’d like to introduce us to a client, tell us about the project first. We’d like to meet you and the homeowner together, so the first conversation starts from your design. |
