Privacy policy

Effective October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information Seven Home Improvement Inc. ("we", "us") collects through sevenhomeimprovement.com and when you call, text or email us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

What you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, project address, project details, and any photos or plans you upload. When you send a consultation request, we also note which page of our site you sent it from.

What is collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view and the site that sent you. If you accept cookies, we also use analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how people find and use the site. These tools use cookies or similar technology and may collect information about your activity on this site and other sites over time. They don’t tell us your name.

How we use it

  • To answer your inquiry and schedule a consultation
  • To prepare designs, estimates and contracts, and to build your project
  • To call, text or email you about your inquiry and your project
  • To apply for permits and schedule inspections for your project
  • To keep project and warranty records, and to meet our legal and tax obligations
  • To review trade partner applications and professional partner inquiries, and to reply to them
  • To understand how our website is used and improve it

Calls and text messages

If you give us your mobile number, you agree that we may call and text you about your inquiry and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and ad measurement

If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to see which pages people visit and which of our ads lead to a call or a form. Google and Meta may also use this information to show you our ads later on their own sites and apps, such as Google Search, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. These tools set cookies and send Google and Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you contacted us. California law may treat that as "sharing" for advertising.

If you choose Accept and then send us a consultation request, it also notes which site sent you to ours (for example Google or Yelp), the first page you saw here and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which ads and listings bring requests.

If you choose No thanks, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, none of these tools load, nothing is shared and your request doesn’t note where you came from. Either way, our site adds one to a daily total of how many visitors chose Accept or No thanks. It keeps only those totals, nothing about you. The one exception is the request form on our Instagram page and on our Facebook and Instagram ad page: it notes the campaign tags of the link that brought you there, so we know which post or ad it was. The site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time with the "Your privacy choices" link at the bottom of every page.

You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at aboutads.info/choices, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and deliver your project:

  • Service providers who work for us, such as our project management system (JobTread), email and file storage (Google Workspace), phone and text service (Quo) and website hosting (Cloudflare)
  • Subcontractors and suppliers working on your project, only what they need to do the work
  • The city or county, when we apply for permits for your project
  • A financing company, only if you choose to apply for financing with them
  • Others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our website does not currently change how it works in response to that signal.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as we need them to deliver the work, honor our warranty and meet legal and tax requirements. Inquiries that don’t become projects are deleted when we no longer need them.

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls on the systems we use. No system is completely secure, so please don’t send us anything you consider highly sensitive, such as bank details, through the website.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can stop texts by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email info@sevenhomeimprovement.com or call (619) 880-2777.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
