Whole-home remodel in Scripps Ranch
We took the inside of this Scripps Ranch house down to the studs, rebuilt the staircase and finished it with a waterfall-island kitchen, wide-plank floors, a slab fireplace wall and a slab-tiled bathroom.
What we did
- Main floor opened to the studs and reframed
- New staircase with wood treads and a metal railing
- Kitchen with a waterfall island, a wood cabinet wall and a pro-style range under a plaster hood
- Marble-look slab backsplash and fireplace wall
- Wide-plank floors through the main floor
- Bathroom in large marble-look tile with a floating wood vanity and brushed gold fixtures
